Empathy is a dynamic, powerful, and practical workshop based on 25 years of case studies and private clinical research. Empathy, defined as “experiencing the experiences of others” is not “sympathy” — Empathy is our fundamental bio-mechanical communication ability upon which our other five senses rest. It is functioning 24/7 whether we are aware of it or not.
Come and learn the positive (and negative!) impacts of Empathy in your daily life, and how to optimally utilize this very valuable skill as a conscious tool both at home and in your workplace. The useful information and exercises in this workshop are applicable to individuals and couples, children and teachers, nurses, doctors, and all types of caregivers, employees and business owners, coaches, therapists, and counselors of all sorts. It includes an entire section on what Healthy Boundaries are and how to develop them, and it contains particularly important understandings for those who serve others.

This 4-part workshop includes:
Week 1: Empathy Mechanics: The Physics of How Empathy Drives our Universe
Week 2: Empathy and You: Your Fundamental Communication Ability
Week 3: Empathy in Daily Life: How it Impacts Your Home, Work, and Play
Week 4: Empathy Used Consciously: Utilizing it to Benefit Your Self and Others
