Healthy Tips for Pulmonary Health

Pulmonary Health is a class that is important for more than those suffering from limited lung function. Living here in Austin, we have airborne allergens that can slow us down, and if you’re thinking about traveling to higher elevations, such as Colorado or Peru, this class is a must.

Exercise, the very thing to improve lung function, may be impossible for those suffering from weak immune systems and lungs, so how do you improve immunity and stamina? Whether you have a challenge with pulmonary health, allergies, or easily suffer from altitude sickness, take time to learn what you can do. A couple of hours can give your life back to you.

This class is taught by Beth Carpenter, a traditional naturopath, medical intuitive, healer, international speaker, and the author of Strength of the Spirit: One Woman’s Journey Toward Health and Enlightenment Through a Ten-year Battle with Cancer.

What you’ll learn in class?
· How to increase oxygen intake and lung function,
· Decrease allergies while boosting stamina & immunity, and
· Explore deeper meaning behind God’s Breath.

Here’s the best part: 100% of the donations for this class goes to UCOH, and Beth will have the joy of helping you achieve better health – two of her favorite things to do.

Those who attend the class will receive a coupon for a consultation with Beth to get down to the specifics of your health. On the coupon there are two choices: 1) A discounted fee for an initial one-hour consultation, or 2) Pay the full fee for an initial consultation, with a portion going back to the Church as a fundraiser. What Beth is looking for is 100 (or more) people to “yes” to improving their health while helping our beautiful church.

Beth Carpenter acquired a unique combination of skills as a result of a ten-year healing challenge with cancer, followed by nutrition, energy, herbal and homeopathic training for 30 years. Throughout the years, Beth has helped thousands of people improve their quality of life. With a degree in Legal Administration and a Doctorate of Naturopathy, Beth chose to leave the legal field to devote her life to furthering peoples understanding of themselves in their quest for health.
