Nina McIntire, already has popularity reflected in her extremely successful concerts in Finland, Russia, Germany and the United States. Nina comes to us from this international music scene as a pianist, presenting her latest project “Ivory Fantasy,” a fascinating combination of classical music and her own compositions arranged in a modern style, with a variety of musical genres such as ragtime, jazz, pop, and blues. Nina completed her M.A. degree at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory.

Performing also will be The Flying Balalaika Brothers comprised of two virtuoso native musicians who combine classical training with folk traditions, and joined with American musicians to create a unique sound. Join us for an innovative and exciting performance.

The City of Austin’s Cultural Arts Division, a grant from the Texas Commission on the Arts, and an award from the National Endowment all have help make this event possible. Join us!
