Join a lovely group of women who will unite on sacred ground to delve into the Divine energy within, receive tender loving care, intake sweet nourishment, and connect heart-to-heart with one another. This fun and relaxing weekend is intended as a spiritual renewal at the Ancient Yoga Center (AYC), which is located on the grounds of the Radha Madhav Dham Ashram Hindu temple (Radha Madhav Dham Ashram) community, and offers spacious rooms for presentations, groups’ sharing, and activities.yoga 1

The three presenters who will bring back into our awareness how we are fashioned by Spirit are: Anita Farrell, Co-Leader of the Renewal, will speak about “Living in the Flow of Life”; Bonnie Price, LUT Candidate, presents on “Authentic Journaling”; and, Morgan Susan Taylor, Founder of the Feminine Wisdom Academy, will present, “Feminine Wisdom: Walking a Path of Beauty, Grace, and Power.”

Throughout the weekend, there will be opportunities for a variety of meditations, mindfulness moments, yoga, and resting. A meditation in the Hindu Temple is an option for attendees, and the very popular group discussions are part of the program as well.

yoga2Fresh chai and other refreshments are available and included in the weekend’s fee, as are the five meals throughout our time there. The meals are delicious 100% vegetarian food, also available are  vegan and gluten-free meals upon request.

The traditional Creation Station powered up by Sandra Vela will be available for expressing creative impressions and having colorful fun. Other self-care options will be provided such as yoga, mindfulness artistry, various meditations, massages and aromatherapy.

AYC is surrounded by beautiful grounds with spaces for hiking, reflection, and quiet connection with nature. Make this weekend your time to connect with the current of life for well-being and for feeling your relationship with Divine Beauty, one’s inherent nature.

The tuition of $240 includes five meals, accommodations for two nights, and the Renewal program. The accommodations in the Garden Rooms are on a first-come, first serve basis. If you know who you would like to share a room with, please indicate their name when you register.yoga3
