A Course in Miracles (ACIM)
A Course In Miracles (ACIM) is a unique spiritual self-study program designed to awaken us to the truth of our oneness with God and Love.
- Would you like to feel peaceful even in difficult circumstances?
- Would you like all of your relationships to be loving?
- Would you like to feel more connected to your Source?
These are the goals of A Course In Miracles (ACIM). They are achieved by learning to heal all of our relationships through the inspired practice of forgiveness.
Unity Church of the Hills has a very active Course in Miracles community, and all are welcome, whether you attend Unity Church of the Hills or not. All study groups and classes are facilitated or taught by long-time Course students, and you may join at any time. Come join fellow like-minded students on the path to remembering the spiritual beings that we really are, and always have been!
The Men’s Fellowship Network weekly gathering is an open and sacred coming together of men where we explore our male spirituality and connect with one another on a spiritual level. We go deep at times, but we also have plenty of laughs and great fellowship. Check us out. We usually have 18-20 gents come each week. No commitments are required. Come when you can.
You will find that this is a safe, contemplative circle, where no one is judged or someone tries to fix you. It is about men with men learning how to connect and integrate head and heart. It is a gathering and not a meeting, and we have topics of conversation and not discussion. In our gatherings, it’s not unusual to have present over a thousand life years of experience from which each of us can learn. You will find this to be a friendly circle that does not discuss outside topics and issues, but rather a place to go within.
The MFN gathers weekly both in-person and via Zoom. For more information or to join the email list contact Steve Mayer at email@example.com
We are a group of women of all ages coming together every week to encourage and support each other. We are a wholehearted, insightful group who enjoy spending time together and sharing ideas. Activities include discussing books we read as a group, crafting, sharing life experiences, being supportive and encouraging of one another and occasionally sharing a good bottle of wine or two. There is no judgment; it’s a safe place to be yourself. We are not defined or limited to one point of view. We are all walking a spiritual path and every Monday we come together to share the journey.
The Wholehearted Women’s Group meets at Unity Church of the Hills, every Monday night from 7:00-8:30 pm.

Anderson Mill Family Al-Anon Group
Al-Anon Family Groups
How does Al-Anon work?
There is no magic formula that enables you to help someone stop—or cut back—on his or her drinking. Alcoholism is a complex problem, with many related issues. But Al‑Anon can help you learn how to cope with the challenges of someone else’s drinking.
It may be that you could help matters by changing some of your own behaviors that make things worse. It may be possible for you to find a healthier way to respond to these challenges. Again, there are no easy answers. But Al‑Anon meetings offer the opportunity to learn from the experiences of others who have faced similar problems.
While simple problems may have simple solutions, the solution to complex problems is more difficult to explain. Al‑Anon simplifies a complex problem by suggesting a “One Day at a Time” approach, which takes things one step at a time.
At every Al‑Anon meeting, you can hear people explain how Al‑Anon worked for them. That may be the best place to start to learn about Al‑Anon—One Day at a Time.
Al‑Anon members come to understand problem drinking as a family illness that affects everyone in the family. By listening to Al‑Anon members speak at Al‑Anon meetings, you can hear how they came to understand their own role in this family illness. This insight put them in a better position to play a positive role in the family’s future.
Some research shows that when problem drinkers enter a recovery program, their chances for success are improved when they are supported by family members who are in a family recovery program such as Al‑Anon.
Dr. Joe Dispenza's Austin Meditation Community Group
Our Austin Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditation group is a loving and supportive group. We have been working with Dr. Joe Dispenza mediations to free ourselves of limiting beliefs, become more present with our divine gifts, connect with our hearts, and even manifest new adventures much more into our life.
If you’d like to join us, we recommend getting a sleeping eye mask so that you can shut out light and go deeper in the meditation. Lastly, if you join us online, you will have a much better sound experience if you use headphones. We look forward to you joining us for our following meditation.

Learn to Meditate with Dr. Dan Stasiak
Meditation is a systematic practice of calming yourself in body and mind, leading to greater self-awareness. Meditation is the liberation of the mind from disturbing and distracting thoughts and feelings. “Learn to Meditate” is a one-time class. Dan Stasiak, D.C., goes through the steps of “Superconscious Meditation” from the Institute of the Himalayan Tradition.
Meditation is the finest tool for physical, mental, and spiritual growth. It is the instrument for the art of living and being. This workshop teaches you how to meditate. It systematically guides you through the essential first steps for entering states of inner awareness. You will learn the “how” and “why” of meditation postures, the importance of breath and how to regulate it, and how to calm your mind while expanding your awareness. All the basics of the science of meditation are taught in this class. By the end of the class, you will be able to go through these steps at home and practice on your own. Wear comfortable clothing.
