Dear Ones,
Hopefully you have experienced our candidate for the Interim Minister position, Rev. Dr. Ras Smith, as he delivered his message to us this Sunday. If not, please watch his sermon online on our Facebook page, the UCOH website or YouTube. The Board wants feedback from as many congregants as possible so that we can decide how to best move forward with interim ministry to meet the needs and vision of our community.
In alignment with the input we have already received from the congregation and our plan for interim and permanent ministry, we want to take action quickly. So we need your thoughts and impressions no later than 12pm CDT on this Tuesday, June 9th, as we would like to have a new interim minister in place no later than 1st of July.
All this is part of a larger plan the Board is implementing to prepare for and find the right permanent senior minister before the end of this calendar year. Knowing of course that God’s loving plan for the highest and greatest good is unfolding for us on a divine schedule.

The Board of Trustees truly wants to know your thoughts so we can make sure that we are taking action in accordance with our community’s consciousness.
We see our congregation and ministry’s expressions of love and acceptance, which are so needed in this time, continuing to expand and shining a beacon of light for our community and the world.
