Lori Plicque visited UCOH back in early 2010 and never left. She’s still not sure if it was the incredibly rousing musical renditions from Celebration or the soothing sound of Reverend Steve’s “Bing Crosby’s Christmas Special” voice, but she knew at that moment she had found her spiritual home.  Over the years she has become increasingly more involved with UCOH by singing with the FUN Choir or joining the Counting Team and more recently as a member of Celebration.

Lori is passionate about her family, can’t brag enough about her beautiful wife, her daughter, and  her 2 grandkids. She is always happy to talk about fitness (Ask her about her 21 year journey from being overweight to marathon runner!).  Most of all, Lori is passionate about the future and the privilege to serve in this loving community.

Gratitude: The unwavering love and support of my family and friends. And being raised by a strong, single, successful woman who always believed there was room for more fun.
