Director of Youth and Family Ministry

I have enjoyed being the Youth & Family Ministry Director for 14 years and seeing so many children grow up in Unity who blossom into such beautiful young adults. As the Director, it is my job to organize all youth and family activities for our Church family, which includes our Youth Education Program and the loving volunteers who serve our youth.

Linda’s Mission: I love working with and on behalf of children. I have always loved children, even when I was a child myself. I remember during my elementary school years I was already acting like a little Mommy to my younger cousins. I love the authenticity, creativity, and enthusiasm of young people! Their lives are full of possibilities! They are our future. I believe that young people deserve the same level of consideration and respect that we give to adults. After all, they have the same Spirit of Christ within them as we do.

Gratitude: to be a part of such a loving caring community and feel honored to be able to work with such an amazing team of devoted volunteers.

Outside of Work: As a role model, I like to continue to learn and grow myself. I became a Licensed Unity Teacher in 2016 and now I plan to go to school to become a Somatic Movement Educator. I enjoy swimming, dancing, and bike riding in my spare time, as well as relaxing with my wonderful family.
