This is a fun and healthy activity as the youth learn different Ballroom and Latin Dances as seen in the show, “Dancing with the Stars.” In addition, the instructor, Stewart Yaros discusses topics such as partnering skills, musicality, and dance technique. Each class starts with a warm-up comprised of Yoga, Pilates, and other health techniques to demonstrate care for the body.
