Faith is more than mere belief!  Just as the disciple Peter waivered in his own faith while serving with Jesus, so we can struggle sometimes questioning our own faith. This Sunday we enter into the first week of Advent, which is a time of expectancy and also preparation for the celebration of the birth of the Christ child. Even though the holidays can be difficult for some, we have the ability to grow our faith just like Peter did. Join us in the sanctuary at 9:25 or 11:25 and we will explore the topic, Cultivating Faith. Let’s set an intention to begin this Christmas season with a strong foundation of faith!
Also since this is a 5th Sunday month, families are invited to join in on the Attitude of Gratitude Family Service Celebration in the Unity Oaks Building at 9:25 and 11:25. Children of all ages will enjoy this interactive gathering led by the Youth and Family Ministry Team with Marygrace Sorensen, Licensed Unity Teacher giving the message.
Enjoy your Thanksgiving week, and I look forward to being with you Sunday!
Blessings and Love,
Rev. Donna
