For details about the lessons covered in Sunday School classrooms, please refer to the bulletin board outside of the Youth Education Office. There are take home handouts available next to the bulletin board so that parents can review and reinforce the Sunday lessons at home.

Uniteen Quilt Fundraiser
There are only four tickets left for you to participate in this Sunday’s drawing for a beautiful $250 quilt of choice made by Joan Howes, Mother of UCOH! Tickets are $10 each. Since the 9:25 Service sold out, there will be a drawing for two quilts–one for each Service. The remaining four tickets for the 11:25 Service will be sold between services this Sunday. So come early if you want to buy a ticket!!! The drawing for each quilt will happen at the end of each Service this Sunday, September 27. The winner does not need to be present to win, and will be contacted if not present this Sunday. This fundraiser will support our Uniteens to attend rallies, local events, and purchase backjack chairs for their classroom. Thank you for supporting our Uniteens!!!

Fall Rallies for Y.O.U. and Uniteens!
This year there will be a Fall Rally for our Uniteens as well as our Y.O.U. Both rallies will be held at the same time and same location, in different parts of the campus. The rallies will be held the weekend of October 23-25 at Camp Classen in Davis, Oklahoma. The early registration deadline is Sunday, September 27 and the cost is $150 per person. Taco Sunday
Next Sunday, October 4 it will be raining tacos! Our Y.O.U. will be selling an assortment of breakfast tacos in the Foyer after the 9:25 and 11:25 Services. All tacos are $3 each including gluten free varieties. Thank you for supporting our Y.O.U.

Paper Shredder Event!
Mark your calendars and start collecting your paper! The Y.O.U.’s annual paper shredder fundraiser will be held on Saturday, October 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Balcones Shred will provide a shredding truck at the front entrance near the arch so that you can drive up, park in front of the truck, and watch them shred your documents while you wait! Bring your unwanted and no longer needed papers from work, home, taxes and anywhere else. Cost is $5 per box or bag. Cash only please. All proceeds will benefit our Youth of Unity.

Elementary Angels
Thank you to everyone who responded to the call for Youth Education volunteers! We have filled almost all openings. We are still looking for two more angels to help out in the 11:25 first and second grade class. Please talk to Linda Hancock in Room 140.
